About the Project

The project brief was to communicate a scientific concept. I chose to go with the Moon cycle and have the target audience of kids aged 6-8. I chose the topic since it aligns with children's development stage of being curious about the world around them. The medium that I communicated the Moon cycle through is an exhibition/event and the use of projection mapping. The reason for this is I wanted to deliver it in a manner that matches experiential learning, so the kids would learn information about the Moon cycle which would then be tested when they reach the post-show area where there would be games about what they've just watched.
