About the Project
"Kodama" is a design-thinking-driven game concept tailored for 8-12-year-olds, with a focus on imparting knowledge about the critical role of forests in preventing climate change and the impacts of deforestation. Through engaging side-scrolling gameplay, the game aims to educate children on the importance of environmental conservation while capitalizing on their natural curiosity and problem-solving abilities. The game seeks to not only teach but also inspire a sense of responsibility and interest in nature and science among young players, making the learning experience both enjoyable and impactful.
