About the Project
This project focuses on effectively communicating the scientific concept of Sarcopenia through the lens of Design Thinking. The chosen medium, an app called "UpLife," integrates seamlessly with Apple Health, using phone sensors to monitor users' activity. The app requires no manual input, making it a convenient and time-efficient tool. Through an educational onboarding process, users learn about Sarcopenia and receive personalized notifications and suggestions to improve muscle health. The promotional strategy includes strategically placed posters featuring a QR code for app download, maximizing awareness.
